Information for press coming to IBE:
If you have been granted a press card for the IBE festival, your name will be present on the IBE 2011 presslist and before entering the different locations of he festival, you must report at the press desk to get your wristband and press card.
Press accreditations
For IBE 2011 press accreditations, please contact: press@thenotoriousibe.com.
The deadline for press accreditation is Thursday 1st of September 2011.
Please note: Due to the fact that the IBE organisation is receiving a great number of press accreditations, not all press requests can be granted.
The Press desk is located at the ticket and information office of IBE:
Friday and Saturday - address: Pancratiusplein 46, Heerlen, The Netherlands
Opening Hours:
Friday: 14.00 - 22.00
Saturday: 12.00 - 20.00
Guidelines (please read before coming to the festival):
- When filming, you are not allowed to upload complete battle footage of all the competitions held at the festival.
The IBE-mediacrew will take care of the upload of these battles, which can be watched later at the media-section of IBE or via www.bboytv.com
- We encourage filmmakers to make a trailer or atmosphere video about the festival. When published, please inform us via press@thenotoriousibe.com, and we will post it on the website and social media.
- If you have a special request for an interview with on of the artists or organization, please let us know, so we can try to get the connection.
